CODE BROTHERS LIMITED is the controller of your personal data. The enrollment form you fill in, and any email you send us afterwards, are where your information comes from. It lets us discuss a course with you and then deliver the one you join. None of it is sold, and this site loads no advertising or analytics cookies.

Write to [email protected] if you would like your details removed. We will delete them, retaining only what tax and company-law rules oblige us to keep.

What you tell us directly. The enrollment form asks for your name, email address and phone number, plus your organization, role and country if you choose to share them. You are welcome to describe your background and what you hope to get from the course. Anything further you mention by email or during the intro call becomes part of the same record.

What our servers record automatically. Like any web server, ours writes standard access logs: an IP address, a timestamp, the URL requested and the browser’s user agent. These exist for security and troubleshooting and are kept only briefly.

What we leave out. There are no advertising cookies, no third-party trackers, no session recordings, no fingerprinting and no special-category data. Payment card numbers never reach us either; a payment provider issues and processes invoices on our behalf.

• Answering your enrollment enquiry and arranging the intro call, both within the same business day (legitimate interests, and then contract).
• Running the course you have paid for: session invitations, materials, recordings and tutor feedback (contract).
• Producing invoices and keeping the accounting records a UK company is required to retain (legal obligation).
• Handling support questions and, occasionally, letting existing students know about a new cohort (legitimate interests). You may opt out of that last one with a single reply.

We process personal data under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. The bases we rely on are contract, to deliver the course you have bought; legitimate interests, to respond to your enquiry and keep our systems secure; and legal obligation, to retain financial and company records. Where we rely on legitimate interests, we have weighed those against your rights and would not use the data in a way you would not reasonably expect.

A short list of service providers keeps the business running, and each receives only what it needs to do its job:

• A hosting provider keeps this website and its servers online.
• An email service carries the messages we exchange with you.
• Video conferencing software runs the live sessions and stores their recordings.
• A payment processor issues and processes invoices.
• An accountant sees the financial records their work requires.

Personal information is never sold, rented or traded, and none of it is passed along for someone else’s advertising. Should a valid legal process compel disclosure, we will comply, and we will tell you unless the law forbids it.

• Requests that never turn into an enrollment: held for up to twelve months, then deleted.
• Records tied to an enrolled student: kept for as long as you might reasonably need your course materials, and no longer than we can justify.
• Financial records, including invoices: retained for six years from the end of the relevant financial year, as UK company and tax law requires.
• Ordinary server logs: cycled on a short, rolling basis measured in weeks.

You may ask to see what we hold about you, have it corrected, have it erased, restrict or object to our processing, or receive a portable copy. Write to [email protected] and expect a reply within one month. No form is required, and there is never a charge for a reasonable request.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. We would rather you wrote to us first so we can put it right.

Encryption protects traffic to this site while it is in transit. Only the people who need enrollment records to run a course can reach them, and every provider account we rely on sits behind multi-factor authentication. Systems still fail on occasion: if a breach ever touches your data, we will explain what happened, what we currently know, and what we are doing about it, in line with UK GDPR.

These courses are built for adult learners, and we do not knowingly gather information from anyone younger than 18. Email us if you believe a minor has sent us personal information, and we will remove it.

CODE BROTHERS LIMITED is based in the United Kingdom, with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. Providers may process data in the UK, the EEA, or other countries. Where a transfer leaves the UK, we use an appropriate safeguard such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or an adequacy regulation.

This site does not set advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. Any strictly necessary cookie a payment provider or video tool needs to function is set by that provider, not by us, and only after you use that service. We do not use the site to profile you.

The date shown at the top updates whenever this policy does. Should a change materially affect how we handle information we already hold about you, we will send an email rather than assume you will revisit this page.
